DOP Margherita

DOP Margherita No one does it like DOP. Our original upside-down Margherita is the blueprint: house blend aged mozzarella, fior di latte, and fresh mozzarella, with our bright tomato sauce layered on last to shield the cheese and caramelize under electric heat. Finished with basil, Pantelleria oregano, and extra virgin olive oil. This isn’t just a pie—it’s our mission statement.

Nonna Mena (Grandma)

Where would we be without Nonna? Aged mozzarella, fresh mozzarella, garlic confit tomato sauce, basil, and 24-month Parmigiano Reggiano—all baked on a crisp, golden grandma-style crust. Old-school roots, Brooklyn-raised.

Pizza Bianca (White Pie)

Creamy, smoky, bright. Smoked mozzarella, fior di latte, whipped ricotta, Parmigiano Reggiano, and a kiss of lemon zest. No sauce, no rules—just pure white heat.

18 x 12, thick and airy. The king of Pizzas. Finished with romano, sicilian oregano and EVOO

Spicy Margherita

Built on our signature DOP Margherita, this pie brings the heat with roasted mushrooms, sweet shallots, and punchy Calabrian peppers. Clean burn, rich umami, all gas no brakes.

Santa Lucia

An ode to Lucy’s Sausage truck from the old-school Italian feasts. Smoked mozzarella, fior di latte, Faicco’s sausage, marinated shallots, house-roasted peppers, and Calabrian chili. Smoky, savory, zesty—this one sings like Sunday in the street.

Don Vito Grandma

Brooklyn DOP’s first specialty pie—an ode to the two Vitos, fathers of Tommy and Jason, who showed us how to keep it bold and honest. Built on our Nonna Mena base, layered with Faicco’s sausage and marinated shallots. Classic roots, Brooklyn soul.

Margherita Sbagliata

A nod to Pepe in Grani. “Sbagliata” means mistaken—but this one’s all intention. Fresh tomato sauce, fior di latte, and housemade pesto blotted with purpose. Messy on top, masterful underneath.

Seasonal Fig Nduja Hot Honey

Sweet, smoky, spicy, all in balance. Smoked mozzarella, housemade figs, Ends meat nduja, pickled shallots, ricotta and hot honey. A seasonal pie built for that sweet-heat push and pull.
